Hello, my name is Antoinette Young and I am a licensed Life, Health and Annuities Agent in the state of Pennsylvania. I was born in York, PA and moved to Conshohocken when I was still quite young. I then moved to Plymouth Meeting and now live in East Norriton, the same town, as our offices are located now as well. I am a married mother of three sons. My oldest son Nick is out of college and has become an agent with us. Tim, my middle son, will be high-school senior who excels at athletics as well as his studies. Jake Ryan is the “newest baby” of the family. He is my little angel and was a wonderful surprise. He has changed my life!

After taking some time off to give my first two children a good head start, I spent the next several years searching for the right career fit. My background was actually commercial art and advertising, but I left that field and moved to a management position for several years with an entertainment company where I fine-tuned my customer relations and personal service skills. Then through a serious of events, (described in our "company bio") I chose to set in motion the steps it took to make a career in this field.

I thoroughly enjoy the one-on-on interaction, relationships, experiences and travel this job provides. I try at all time to follow one simple rule - treat others like I would want to be treated. With that in mind I pride myself on customer service and communication. I maintain an active role not only running the offices with my husband Dan, but also by volunteering at local pharmacies to provide information about prescription plans and various avenues of medical assistance. Also, in an effort to maintain a personal agent / client relationship, I spend one week every quarter composing a newsletter for our agency to send out to over 1,000 of our clients. Through this I am able to provide information on new choices, market changes, or interesting tips. I also use the newsletter as a form of advertisement and acknowledgement for the services our clients provide, or special achievements. I feel strongly about the need for insurance coverage and look for ways promote a more comfortable style of discussion. In my down time I also try to maintain approachability on all insurance matters. I've helped provide coverage for people I've met while camping with my family, at my jewelry and baking shows, while walking my two dogs and once even during the intermission of a show at a local theater.
